USED CURRICULUM SALE hosted by HSA – THURSDAY, MAY 24 from Noon to 8 PM at Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church***

General Registration = $15 per table (limit 2) through April 30.
LATE Registration May 1 through May 14 = $20 per table (limit 2)
Registration CLOSED – May 15.

Space is limited! So register TODAY!! No holds. Tables will be assigned when form & payment are both received. Cash payments with registrations forms  may be made during normal co-op hours (Mondays 12:30 to 4 PM); however, you MUST make arrangements with the HSA Director via text message (417.501.9431).

SALE SCHEDULE – Thursday, May 24:

HSA Volunteer Table Set-Up 9:45 AM
Vendor/seller check-in 10:45 AM
Vendor PRE-SALE shopping 11:30 to Noon
Doors open to PUBLIC from Noon to 8 PM
Vendors MUST vacate the building by 8:30 PM

ITEMS ALLOWED: new/used school curriculum, teacher materials/supplies, classroom decorations, basic school supplies (i.e., notebooks, paper/pencils), electronic equipment, educational toys / games*/ movies*/books/costumes. *Please no R-rated movies/M-rated games.

TABLES ARE PROVIDED. No outside tables, large bookcases or clothing racks are to be brought into the event. Small lightweight shelving, such as milk crates & bookends, are allowed in order to display items on tables – PLEASE DO NOT OVERLOAD TABLES. Larger items and/or small bookcases may be placed underneath tables to display items; said items will not impede walkways.

VENDORS are responsible for pricing, tagging & selling of items, including receiving payments & making change. Items must be displayed in an organized manner. Vendors must make an effort to maintain the appearance/arrangement of items throughout duration of the sale. Vendors must have appropriate workers at their table(s) at all times in order to assist buyers.  During the course of the sales event, vendors will be allowed to vacate their table at their discretion (i.e., items sell out, family emergency) and will inform HSA sale coordinators prior to leaving.

During all stages of the sale – for BOTH vendors & shoppers – children will be under direct supervision of a parent and/or designated childcare giver. Children are NOT to be running around or roaming the sales event without supervision. Please make childcare  arrangements accordingly.
