REGISTRATION – Registration fee is $30.00 per family before July 1, $40.00 per family on or after July1. These fees
are non-refundable and are not applied toward tuition.(Make checks payable to HSA and mail to Coordinator.)

TUITION

1 Child $35/Month
2 Children $55/Month
3 Children $65/Month
4 or more Children $65+$10 for each additional child

Tuition is due the 1st Monday of each month starting in Spetember and going
through May. For students to attend, tuition must be paid. Tuition includes:
Four Classes(salaries and administration), Materials for classes, School
Supplies.

SPECIAL BENEFITS – Academic Basic Testing: Stanford 10, Academy
Families – $15/Child, Non-Academy Families – $27/Child. Parent’s having
their children tested will have to help at least 1 day of testing.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT – A minimum of 4 days per year are required of each family attending HSA. This number may have to be adjusted
based on the number of families and the requirements of the facility. When you receive the volunteer schedule, it is your
repsonsibility to trade with someone if you cannot be there the day you are scheduled. If you have any questions, call the coordinator. Families who are
unable to meet their volunteer requirement will be assessed a fee of $20 times the number of volunteer days they fail to serve.

EARNED TUITION CREDITClass Assistant – As an Assistant you agree to stay and work with the same class each week in exchange
for tuition credit. There are only 8 of these positions available and they fill quickly. Please contact the coordinator directly if you are intersted.
